For some orders or countries we can only offer GLS standard shipping at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping options!

Large letter or Maxibrief
For small orders within Germany.
Your products will be sent by Deutsche Post and cannot be tracked. Usually your order will be with you within 3 working days.
If you prefer, you can always choose GLS Standard or Express (only in Germany) and get tracking from GLS.
GLS Standard
For all orders.
Delivery time and costs vary by country, and we offer free shipping on larger orders.
GLS Express
For orders within mainland Germany.
Depending on the day and time, the order will arrive quickly:
- Monday-Friday before 12pm: The goods will leave our warehouse the same day for delivery by 12pm on the next working day.
- Monday-Thursday after 12 noon: The goods leave our warehouse on the following working day at the latest, in order to be able to be delivered on the next but one working day by 12 noon.
- Friday after 12 noon, Saturday and Sunday: The goods leave our warehouse on Monday at the latest in order to be delivered by 12 noon on Tuesday.
Please note that once the goods have been delivered to the express delivery company, we can no longer influence the course of the goods. Therefore, we can only guarantee timely delivery to the express service provider.
Express orders from companies are excluded from Saturday delivery (ordering as a company). If you order as a private person to a company address, delivery is also possible on Saturdays.
Special cases
Public holidays
Public holidays and holidays that vary within Germany also affect the delivery time of your order and lead to a postponement of the delivery by two working days following the holiday. This applies to national and international orders.
