What is brow henna?
Vegan eyebrow color! Brow henna is the new trend in the eyebrow world. Dyeing with henna not only colors the hair, but also the skin - this leads to an even more intensive result. With regular use, plucked eyebrows can be regenerated.
If I have reacted to traditional color, is brow henna an option?
It is more likely that you will also react to brow henna. A patch test is recommended here. However, we cannot guarantee that a reaction can be ruled out afterwards.
Is the brow henna 100% natural?
It is approximately 88% natural. Without the chemical components, the color powder would not stick to the skin. Unlike normal shades, it does not contain ammonia.
How long does brow henna last?
The eyebrow color lasts up to 6 weeks on the eyebrow hairs. The color lasts up to 3 weeks on the skin. However, it fades faster on oily skin.
The durability of the tint on the skin also depends on the daily skin care routine.
Can I dye my eyelashes with Brow Henna?
No. The color powder is only suitable for eyebrows.
How long does Brow Henna last and how long does the color last on the skin?
How long the henna color lasts on the skin depends a little on the skin type. In general, the drier the skin, the longer the color lasts.
The color lasts up to 6 weeks on the hairs and up to 2 weeks on the skin.
What is the difference between classic eyebrow tinting and brow henna?
We all know the classic way of tinting eyebrows, only in some cases coloring the skin as well. With Brow Henna, the skin is also colored for a longer result. It is vegan and on a natural basis.
How many different shades are there?
The colored powder is available in 5 different colors:
blonde, light brown, medium brown, dark brown and black.
These colors can also be mixed with each other. Adding black or dark brown makes the colors more intense and therefore longer lasting.
Is the Brow Henna Treatment painful?
No. The BrowHenna Treatment is by no means painful, it is a gentle tinting variant.
How long does a BrowHenna treatment take?
The BrowHenna Treatment takes about 20 minutes, depending on how intense you want your BrowHenna eyebrows to be.
How does BrowHenna work?
Clean the eyebrows with the eye manufactory Browpoo.
Mix the selected brow henna color with warm water to form an even paste. The consistency should be runny, but not run on the eyebrows. Paint that is mixed too thick cannot dry well and falsify the result.
Now apply the mixed brow henna color evenly to the eyebrows. Be careful to form exact contours. Make any corrections with a damp cotton swab. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes.
Before you want to remove the paint, check that the paint has dried well. If the paint has not dried because it was mixed too thick, the result may not be visible. It is best to leave it on for 2-3 minutes longer.
Brush the dried color with Augenmanufaktur Brow Oil and remove with a cotton pad.
Massage the finished brows well with the brow oil and et voilà!
How long do we leave the color on?
The color should take effect for approx. 10-15 minutes, up to 20 minutes if necessary.
If the brow henna treatment is carried out for the first time, the color should preferably have a shorter effect. If the result is too light, the procedure can be repeated. To do this, completely remove the old paint and apply paint again.
What must be considered after a brow henna treatment?
For a brow henna result that lasts as long as possible: leave out the eyebrows during the facial peeling, do not take a too hot shower in the first few days after a treatment and do not go to the sauna. If the facial care products contain ingredients such as vitamin C, retinol or many lipids, these eyebrows should be avoided.
Who is Brow Henna suitable for?
Anyone can wear brow henna eyebrows as long as the brow area is healthy and there are no allergies.
